Our tariff includes all local taxes, water, gas and electricity plus a Welcome Pack*. The tariffs according to the season / months are as follows :-

Bookings are normally weekly back to back but dependent on time and availability bookings may be possible for part of a week or extended for longer than one week.
*Welcome Pack: This includes some basic food items for your arrival – milk, butter, bread, fruit, jam, bottled water and some Maltese wine.
Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, condiments and some herbs and spices are also provided.
A refundable breakages deposit of €200 (£150) required on arrival to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
